DELIVERY & RETURNS

Pick ups & Deliveries

You can either collect your dress from Dee Why at an allocated time, as previously arranged with you at the time of placing your order. Alternatively, we can deliver dresses Australia-wide using Australia Post tracked Express service.

The bond is charged/authorised when we post your dress or when you pick it up in store. This is normally under $100, but it varies for some dresses. Bond amounts will be discussed at the time that you place your order and are required to be paid BEFORE postage or collection of your hire.

Return Your Dress

Returning your dress is simple. Return dates and times shall be discussed with you prior your hire or, if necessary, I can arrange a prepaid envelope to be picked up with your garment.

For dresses delivered, a prepaid envelope will be delivered along with your dress for you to return the dress in.

If posting the garment back, it is to be posted in the envelope that next business day after your event.

*Please do not put the envelope in a post box as there is no proof that you have sent it in this case.

Once it is posted, I track it from there!

There is no need to clean the dress; I take care of that!

Bond Refunds

All bond refunds are processed when the dress is returned to us in line with our terms and conditions.

*Please allow 7-10 days from return of the garment for all bond refunds to appear in your account.
