HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Hire Responsibilities
I understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable. In the instance the dress gets ruined during the hire period you will be at fault. Please contact me ASAP if you’ve accidentally stained or damaged the hire garment. You will be asked to pay for the alteration costs/ replacement of garment. The Hire Fee must be paid in full (+bond) BEFORE your hire period commences otherwise I cannot issue/ post your garment.
DO NOT alter or make any additions to the hire garment or in any other manner interfere with the Garment.
* DO NOT apply fake tan within 48 hours of before wearing the Garment (if a light coloured Garment).

Sizing Issues/Returns/Exchange/Cancellations
If you cancel the booking and give me one week’s notice in writing, I am happy to refund your hire, YET if you want to cancel DURING the hire period you will not receive a refund.
If you wish to try a garment(s) on prior to your hire date it shall cost $20 per garment (this does not include shipment nor bond costs) - this $20 shall be subtracted from your hire price if you wish to follow through with the hire.

Cancellation
I may cancel these Terms or cancel the hire of a Garment at any time before the Garment is delivered by giving written notice. On giving the notice that a particular dress has been removed from the website prior to your hire, I shall repay you any sums paid in respect of the Hire Fee. I shall not be liable for any other loss or damage arising from such cancellation.

Hire Period and Late Fees
In the instance where the hired garment has not been returned/ shipped by the agreed Hire Return Due Date then I shall be entitled to charge additional Hire Fees until the dress is returned. Such additional charges shall be charged a fixed rate of 50% of the Hire Fee for each day overdue.
If in the instance you do not returned the rental item(s) within 15 days after the return date, I will consider the hire item(s) as lost/ non-returned and will charge the you 200% of the recommended retail value as listed on this website minus the rental and late fees that you have already paid or the other option is for you to replace it with the same item in immaculate condition within 7 days.

Dry Cleaning
I take care of the cleaning of Garments between hires. Do not attempt to clean, press, alter or repair the dress.

Bond
A bond per hire item is required. This shall be paid BEFORE the hire period, or the time of pickup. This bond is fully refundable which shall be refunded upon return of the Garment/s in an acceptable condition.

Hire Agreement Form
Before you are able to hire your garment for your special event you MUST COMPLETE THE HIRE AGREEMENT specific to your hire. No garment can be hired until the form is complete and submitted. This form shall be sent to you via email after you submit a booking enquiry.

Confirmation of Address
I shall require your phone number to confirm your postal address via text before dispatching the hired item. No item will be posted without confirmation of your address via your mobile phone. Please make sure to enter the correct phone number at the top of this page.
I shall require a photo of the ID (front and back) from pick up clients prior to pick up.

AT A VALUE OF $1500 AUD RRP OR HIGHER I will require a photo of ID and bank card prior to hire.
